Affiliate Registration and Application
Thank you for taking the time to register with United Limousine & Charter, Inc. as one of our affiliated companies. Please take a few moments and read over the information herein. You will receive a copy of this in an email following your submission. Once our company receives your request along with additional documents needed we will begin the review process and notify you within 1-2 business days of your status with ULC Limos, Inc.
Insurance | Certificate of Additional Insured
Please fax or email an insurance certificate to us from your carrier listing our company as an additional insured. If you have previously worked with United Limousine & Charter, Inc. we may have a current certificate on file. You may wait on sending one and upon the review of your registration if we do not have a current one on file, we will contact you. Our company name and address must appear on the certificate as follows (see the example below).

On the certificate, our name needs to appear as follows:

Our facsimile number is; Toll Free (714) 594-3598. Please request an original be mailed to us at the address above. Your faxed copy will only be valid for (30) days in our system as we do require an original certificate/binder.
Coverage Required
All Interstate DOT authorized carriers must have the $5,000,000.00 required liability insurance. If you are not operating Interstate you are only required to carry limits that meet the minimum for your State.
Doing Business As (DBA's)
When United Limousine & Charter, Inc. makes a payment to you we will be cutting the check to your the name on your insurance policy. Your invoice(s) must reflect this same name. If your buses are listed on another companies policy we will require to see that DBA listed on that policy. Have a question about this ? Online Registration and Request To Join United Limousine & Charter, Inc.
Please be sure and complete all fields of the online application. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our office and speak with any one of our Sr. Account Managers. Once you have completed this registration and your application is approved an email will be sent to all of our representatives in our office notifying them of your bus company and the approved use of your service for charters. This will allow you to start earning business the same day in many cases.
